Our checking accounts provide you with convenient access to your money. It allows you to deposit and transact with ease. Checking accounts come with Debit cards and you have the option to purchase checks.
We offer three different consumer checking accounts. You can find further details about the fees associated with these accounts on our Fee Schedule.
Overdraft protection provides you with a line of credit tied to your checking account. The line of credit is only used should you have charges hit your account and you do not have enough money to cover them. ODP is subject to qualification and you can apply and opt in when you open your checking account.
Yes, this is subject to the size and type of checks and can be a two to five day hold.

Our Freedom Checking account is free with a minimum average daily balance of $300.
Checks may be reordered directly through your online banking account or by contacting our solutions department at 937-236-2562 or solutions@treadwellcu.com.
You can contact our solutions department to request a stop payment by calling 937-236-2562 or emailing solutions@treadwellcu.com.
You can also download our form that must be completed and returned. Download the form and return to the credit union.
We charge a fee of $30 for each item you stop payment on. If you choose to release that stop payment later, there is an additional fee of $5.
