First Time Login Instructions
Follow the instructions below to set up your access to ItsMe247 Online Banking for the first time.
Go to Member Login from the Treadwell Credit Union website: www.treadwellcu.com
1. Click First Time User
On the ItsMe247 login screen, click First Time User.
2. First Time user Setup
Enter your account (member) number & 9-digit Social Security number, then click Continue.
3. Choose Where to Receive Your One-Time Code
Select where you would like your one-time verification code sent:
• Email
• Mobile phone
The options shown will be the email address and mobile phone number currently associated with your membership.
Click Send Code.
4. Enter Your Verification Code
Enter the code you received, then click Verify.
5. Create Your Password
Create a new password.
Your password:
• Is case sensitive
• Must be 8–256 characters long
• Must meet 3 of the following 4 requirements:
o One uppercase letter
o One lowercase letter
o One number
o One special character
Note: The following special characters are not allowed: ^ [ ] “
6. Create 3 Security Questions
Choose and answer 3 security questions.
These questions may be used to verify your identity. For example, if you forget your password, you may be asked these questions when resetting your password online.
7. Create Your Username
Create a username that meets the following requirements:
• 1–20 characters long
• Not case sensitive
• Cannot contain special characters
• Cannot begin or end with a space
• Cannot contain your account number
• Cannot contain your first or last name
• Cannot be all numbers
8. Complete ID Verification
Treadwell Credit Union requires two-factor authentication (2FA) for online banking access.
Follow the prompts to complete the identity verification process.
9. Accept the Terms & Conditions
Review the Terms & Conditions of Use, check the box indicating that you agree, and click Accept Terms & Conditions.
You’re All Set!
Your first-time login setup is complete, and you can now access It’s Me 247 Online Banking.
Important: The username and password you create during your first-time login will also be used to log in to It’s Me 247 Mobile Banking.
